Happy New Year!

We're having a ton of fun in the mountains! I'm soooooooo proud of my kiddos because they all learned how to ski this week!!! Skiing down the mountain with them was priceless. They love it and John and I are plotting ways to fund this new sport for a family of five.

It's been VERY cold here this week, but the mercury today isn't forecasted to climb past ONE degree. We're hoping it's not too cold to tube, but we'll have to wait and see! We may just have to stay inside and drink hot cocoa and work our puzzle and watch the snow fall. Not a shabby way to ring in 2011, huh? Happy New Year, friends!

YEAH! for everyone skiing...I tried but I can't (my knee won't take it) I'll go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horseback riding, etc...The coldness there is a lot differently than the coldness in the mid-west...I so enjoyed our time there in CO over Christmas...one of these times when I'm there in CO I would LOVE to meet you!

I've never gone skiing, but if only a single degree is involved, I hereby volunteer to be the hot cocoa lady.

Happy New Year - Joy to you and yours.

Looks like fun! We've been enjoying the remains of our post Christmas blizzard. Thankfully it's not even close to be 1 degree!!

Mer,
I've been a huge slacker in the blogging arena lately, and I'm not even going to pretend like I'm going to go back and try to catch up.
Just start fresh in 2011...sounds like a plan to me.
But I've missed you and keeping up with your sweeties.
Love the pictures of your red noses and snow covered clothes!
WHAT FUN!
ENJOY!!!

Hope y'all had a great Christmas!
