Did you know?

Did you know that today is...

I didn't know until I saw my friend, Stephanie, mention it on Facebook.

So, in honor of the day, I'm sharing my handwritten to-do list with y'all. I make a list similar to this one almost every single day.

I also love Sharpies. And these Bic markers. (I use the Bic ones to write on this plate!)

PS: I finally posted a new menu plan on my recipe blog. I'm trying to get back into the swing of that.

PPS: John just told me that today is also National Pie Day. I think I might send him by the VI for P later. I'm allowing myself a little sugar these days. :-)

Handwriting is one of my favorite things to teach my girls. I still teach them cursive even though it's not as reccomended as when I was in school.
And Pie day, well that just makes me happy!

In honor of National Handwriting day, I shall not post my handwriting. Because it stinks.

But in honor of pie day, I may just have to bake a pie!

Mer,

If my handwriting looked like yours, I would celebrate this holiday, too! (But mine is much more sloppy.)

Have a good weekend!

I have always loved your handwriting!!! Mine is ok. I don't hate it and some days it's better than others!

How many times am I going to covet your plate before I have my own?!! The things I wonder! ;)

I don't have stuff for pie but I do for brownies!!

I love your handwriting. I think everyone thinks their own is ugly and everyone else's is pretty!

I want a chocolate meringue pie like my grandma used to make. Other than that, I'm not a pie fan.

I love pens and pencils and all things handwriting related.

One of these days I'm going to the VI for P. One of these days in this lifetime.

I'm going to find something to write today in honor of the day. Maybe I'll write a note to K asking him to go find us some pie to celebrate both "holidays."

A lefty, who was pushed to be a righty, who learned the Palmer method of cursive in 3rd grade (IA), and then the "upanddown" method of cursive in 4th grade (CO).

Thank You Lord for typing.

But you have fun celebrating, because I pretty much covet your writing. :)

And it just came to me. Said g'bye to my bestie in CO in 2001 at VI for P. We outclassed ourselves.

I write to do lists but rarely accomplish them.

It's accomplishment enough to write it down.

Love your handwriting!

I make a "to do" list every day also, but rarely get everything crossed off! (It sure feels good when I do though!)

Love seeing stuff that other people love! Thanks for the peek into your cosmetic drawer!

I make lists but then can't read them. My handwriting is horrible. My hand cramps up. Most of my lists a printed off the computer but they work effectively.

I can NOT believe you have Village Inn. We had them in Ohio's when I was a kid and they went out of business. I miss all the flavored syrups. Hope you enjoyed your pie!

You have BEAUTIFUL handwriting. I've noticed that about you before!

I have good handwriting when I take my time....but that's not very often!

Oh the VI....brings back memories!

Did not know this... thanks for the info!!
I have always thought you have the BEST handwriting. I still have a little tea pot die cut in my Bible from my first women's brunch at our old church- I think it is my Proberbs 31 marker!!

Pie. Mmm.

I need to get back into both list-making AND menu planning. Sigh.
