The difference between 7,000 and 14,000 feet...

is snow. It SNOWED on Pikes Peak yesterday afternoon.

I love it. The last of her snow was melting quickly and that always makes me a little sad. I just think that being snow capped makes any mountain look a bit more majestic.

How did I miss that? I better go and open my eyes to the outdoors again! With the rain yesterday, I have been "closed" to most things outdoors since then...better go and check it out.

You ought to share with "BooMama" the Glory Revealed book. That would make her very happy.

Have a wonderful weekend!
Blessings,
Holly

Mer, if you come visit and it's within my power, I'll make cornbread and purple hull peas for you!

Them hi-toned city folks don't know what they're missing, LOL! ;D

Hugs,

Diane

Hi, I can see Pikes Peak from my kitchen window! Although I didn't know that it snowed so recently.

Our elevation is just under 5,000--not quite a mile high!
